Coagulant (coagulant aid) dosing device

principle

Natural water bodies contain a certain amount of colloidal particles, which can overcome the influence of gravity and maintain dynamic equilibrium under the action of electrostatic repulsion and Brownian thermal motion, without coagulation and precipitation, thereby affecting the turbidity index of water. The commonly used method for removing colloidal particles is to add highly charged ions or polymer substances to the water body, and use principles such as electrical neutralization, adsorption bridging, and net capture to destabilize the colloidal particles, condense and precipitate them, and clarify the water quality.
Common coagulants (coagulants) include aluminum salts, iron salts, and corresponding polymers.

Solid drugs are added to the dissolving tank, and then mixed with industrial water in proportion to dissolve. They are then added to the dosing point through a metering system. principle

During natural operation, industrial circulating cooling systems tend to scale or corrode due to the combined effects of factors such as hardness, alkalinity, pH value, concentration ratio, temperature, and environmental humidity of the circulating water. Both can have adverse effects on the safety and operational efficiency of the circulating cooling system. In order to suppress scaling or corrosion, it is necessary to manually add corrosion inhibitors or scale inhibitors to the water. Common corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors include polyphosphates, zinc salts, polycarboxylates, phosphonates, and so on.
